According to the Interior Department Southern Children's Home conduct of accommodation implementation, southern children are accommodated and protected with the following conditions:

Special cases in accordance with CHILDREN AND YOUTH WELFARE LAW Article No.33.

Parents had passed away.

Parents has passed away; or parent - who is responsible for bringing-up, has one of the following situation:
a. Over 60 years old
b. Got chronic disease.
c. Serious disease needs special remedy or long-term care.
d. Disabled and has no working ability.
e. In prison.
f. Missing

The low-income families listed by the government organizations, and have no ability to take care of children.

Accept children or juvenile who have been transferred in accordance with court ruling.

The parent, who is responsible for bringing-up, has no ability to take care and educate children due to working reason. Children's Home may accept the application by referring to the exact situation.
